Janusz Rybakowski: 120 years of the Kraepelinian dichotomy of "endogenous psychoses" in historical perspective
Samuel Gershon’s comments
It is prodigious in its scope and subject matter. In some ways it reads as a separate play at another time. However, looking carefully at our present situation, I doubt really whether we have established a better and clearer level of our understanding of our field. We still have the question specificity unresolved: is there a specific drug for a specific disorder?? Not really, when our definition of disorders is hanging by a thread in the DSM 5 museum.
