Word document: letter size, Times New Roman letters, 12 font size, 1” margin on left, text justified, 1.5 space between lines, pagination in right upper corner, start each paragraph 5 spaces indented, subheadings  on left side of text with regular letters in italics and  sub-subheadings same but with 10 spaces indented.

Tables/figures are numbered separately in sequence with each table/figure inserted in text in place it should appear. Labels to tables/figures (Table 1, Figure 1) with regular letters centered above table/figure with a 1.5 space between last line of text and label and with 1.0 space between label and corresponding table/figure. Legends to tables/figures centered below corresponding table/figure with a 1.0 space between table/figure and legend and with a 1.5 space between table/figure and continuation of text.

Citations are inserted in parenthesis as they occur  by name of author(s) and year of publication in alphabetical order; and are listed in alphabetical order under the heading REFERENCES following text with 12 font size letters with a 1.0 space between references following the prototypes below:
