Dwight Evans died peacefully in his sleep on Friday night. I am sure that Jay and I and a few others in the group will miss Dwight's "generous and sage advice and his warm mentorship."

Dear Faculty, Staff and Trainees,

It is with a heavy heart that I write to let you know that Dr. Dwight Evans died peacefully in his sleep two nights ago.  I personally will miss his generous and sage advice and his warm mentorship.  We will plan a celebration of his life and recognition of his scientific contributions in the next months.
