Carl Salzman receives Stuart T. Hauser Mentorship Award

In 2022 Carl Salzman received the Stuart T. Hauser, M.D. PhD. Mentorship Award in recognition of his outstanding sustained mentorship of medical students, residents, fellows, and junior faculty.

His breadth of knowledge is huge; his ability to explain things so patient, his encouragement of dialogue so positive, that one learns an enormous amount of information despite the limited time.
