This is an excellent and, unfortunately, still timely document.  I hope you might edit it for publication in a psychiatric or ethics journal.  If you decide to pursue its publication, I'm sure that most on this email list would offer suggestions.  For example, I suggest emphasizing the destructive effect all this has had on the psychiatric (and medical) literature, in terms of contaminating the literature with spurious/misleading/false findings, which to my mind is the worst outcome of this situation.”
