        This is an interesting report and may offer a treatment possibility for lithium-induced tremor. However, tremor with lithium is most often related to high levels of plasma lithium. Also, this patient had other serious medical conditions together with a variety of related treatments.
        Therefore, the direct interpretation of the effect of pyridoxine may be somewhat difficult to define. This report is a valuable addition to a possible useful approach for the treatment of this tremor.
