The situation discussed here is obviously of extreme importance. There is a dilution of the quality of scientific information, which is clearly described in all of these presentations. However, I would like to propose that there is and will continue to be a trickle-down effect of the dilution of information on the quality of science, the quality of education and, ultimately, to all who will need this information, e.g., for teaching and clinical care.
