Definition: Instructions carried out regardless of consequences (Hamilton 1985).

 

Exploration: Patient is instructed to stick out his/her tongue and patient carries out instructions even if in prior occasions when he/she put out her tongue to same instruction it was pricked by a pin (Fink and Taylor 2003.)
