Model Psychopharmacology Curriculum
Fourth edition 2006

Preamble to the fourth edition

ASCP Model Psychopharmacology Curriculum for Psychiatric Residency Programs, Training Directors and Teachers of Psychopharmacology, Fourth Edition has the what, why and how of teaching psychopharmacology (as well as ways to evaluate your residents’ learning).  It includes over 60 lectures in PowerPoint format (with hard-copies of all of the slides).  The material covers everything you would want in a basic course (PG I and PG II) and in an advanced course (for PG III & PG IV) plus optional lectures suitable as curriculum time permits.  We have also included core lectures for child and adolescent psychiatry, as well as for geriatric psychopharmacology.
